Custom VW Crafter Camper Van Transformation
In a remarkable four-day project, we reimagined a 2020 VW Crafter camper van into a stunning, fully-equipped motorhome. Our focus was on enhancing both functionality and comfort, utilizing only genuine OEM parts for a flawless finish.

Precision Disassembly
We started by carefully removing the front bumper, ensuring that every component was handled with the utmost care to maintain the integrity of the vehicle. -
Advanced Wiring Solutions
Our team crafted a custom wiring harness to accommodate the new OEM LED headlights and fog lights. We also integrated an auto-leveling system to optimize lighting performance on the road. -
State-of-the-Art Lighting Installation
With the wiring in place, we installed the latest OEM LED headlights and fog lights, setting a new standard for visibility and aesthetics that far surpasses any aftermarket options. -
Enhanced Driving Experience
To get all the LED light functions working, we installed a pre-ordered Highline Body Control Module (BCM) that seamlessly integrates with the new features. We also added a luxurious, heated multifunction steering wheel re-trimmed in exquisite black Nappa leather as per the customer's request. -
Adaptive Cruise Control Upgrade
As part of our commitment to safety and convenience, we activated adaptive cruise control. This enhancement involved software updates and the installation of new buttons, providing a cutting-edge driving feature. -
Final Integration and Testing
Our meticulous process concluded with coding all newly added hardware, ensuring flawless functionality and smooth integration with the van's existing systems.
