Senior engineer
Mike has over 15 years of experience in the auto electrical industry and is one of our Senior Engineers. He is highly focused, driven, and passionate about delivering the highest standard of work, with a keen eye for detail and a love for solving technical challenges.
Known for being very particular about wiring and installation quality, Mike is a great example of a professional installer. Outside of work, he's a big fan of reptiles, Vauxhall performance cars, and especially the Corsa VXR. His determination and positive influence make him a key part of the team.

Meet Marcin – our new engineer for 2026!
Marcin has joined our team as a support engineer, helping both our main technicians and the office team with day-to-day tasks. As a floater, he gets involved wherever support is needed, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Outside of work, Marcin is also a rapper, bringing a unique laid-back style, chilled vibe, and positive attitude to the workplace. His energy, personality, and willingness to help have already made a great impression, and he’s bringing a fresh boost to the business.

Managing Director
Paul is the guy who started it all and somehow still manages to be everywhere at once. One minute he's in the office answering emails, the next he's in the workshop discussing the next big project.
Outside of work, Paul is passionate about motorbikes and loves spending time outdoors. You'll often find him walking through forests or relaxing by a lake. He hasn't quite got into fishing yet, but give it time!
